The Bill (Reg. No.4080) renders the status of a disabled person to the persons who called up for or enlisted into the Soviet Army and Navy as juveniles in the conscription of 1941-1945 and became disabled due to a systemic disease or illness acquired in the period of military service, service at the internal affairs, national security bodies or other military units.
